Shipping Information
City Goddess Ltd delivers worldwide. We dispatch goods once payment has been received.
We use couriers such as UPS, DHL and FedEx to deliver to different destinations. The exact cost of shipping will be automatically calculated during checkout procedure, based on the weight and the destination of the consignment. You will be provided the exact figure before finally submitting your order.
There is an option for our customer to pick up their parcels by themselves or by using alternative shippers. If you prefer to do so, please select the ‘Collect from store/self pick-up’ option at checkout and notify us immediately via email at customer.support@citygoddess.co.uk
We offer free delivery to Europe based customers for orders over £300. However, certain countries within Europe are not applicable for free delivery due to the cost, distance and transport options such as air and road services. The following countries listed below are where we offer free shipping within Europe:

Invoices do not include duty or customs charges. Only EU-VAT will be included (if applicable). Duties or customs charges, which you are obliged to pay to your country's government, are entirely beyond the capacity of City Goddess Ltd. We are unable to provide in advance any information about extra charges applicable in your country while importing from EU. However, please note that these charges are generally the nature of import/export. Please check the details with your national taxation and customs office/body.
When my order will be shipped?
We ship out all orders in 1 to 2 business days, after receipt of payment. We always aim to dispatch as quickly as possible. Please note, that Fridays and Mondays are exceptionally busy days. Therefore, it might take 1 business day longer to have your parcel ready to go.
Tracking numbers for your consignments will be sent to you when your order has been dispatched. You can review your order status at MY ACCOUNT on on our website or by pasting the provided tracking number into the tracking field on the respective shipper’s website.
